With whom the information may be shared?
Personally Identifiable Information (like name, contact and email) about Authorized Customers may be shared with other Authorized Customers who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other Authorized Customers. We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of our Visitors and Authorized Customers, with our affiliated agencies and third-party vendors or company distributors. We also offer the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.

Personally Identifiable Information collected by Apple Computers is stored securely. All of your information is very sensitive and important to us and is not accessible to third parties or employees of Apple Computers except as indicated above.
How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?
All our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password to gain access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences
- Your actual order details may be stored with us but for security reasons cannot be retrieved directly by us. However, you may access this information by logging into your account on the Site. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details (for refund purposes) and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our fault.

Your Rights

- You may communicate the withdrawal of your consent to the continued use, disclosure, storing and/or processing of your personal data by contacting our customer services, subject to the conditions and/or limitations imposed by applicable laws or regulations. - Furthermore, you also have the right to ask us to delete your data. If you would like to have your data deleted, fill out the Account Deactivation/Deletion Request Form (“Deletion Request”) or email your request to contact@applecomputerspk.com. Once your request is received, we follow an internal deletion process to make sure that your data is safely removed in the next fifteen (15) working days. - We do not sell products to minors, i.e. individuals under the age of 18, on the Site and we do not knowingly collect any personal data relating to minors. You hereby confirm and warrant that you are above the age of 18 and are capable of understanding and accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- If you allow a minor to access the Site and buy products from the Site by using your account, you hereby consent to the processing of the minor’s personal data and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions.
